The 200 hour Go Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course is a Yoga Alliance Nationally recognized teaching program which is professional, comprehensive and a highly effective training program in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga as well as offering experience in various other styles of yoga.

About Yoga Teacher Training Certification
This Yoga Teacher Training is designed to give trainees the optimal experience of a lifetime. We take classes off campus and out into nature whenever possible. We help each other to reach deep inside and dispel old fears and blocks that held us back in our own personal lives. We create a community of like minded yogis evolving in their own personal practice. There will be a shift in your consciousness. You will be nurtured on every level of this journey. Whether you aspire to be a Registered Yoga Teacher of just deepen your own understanding of yoga this is an amazing experience.
This Yoga Teacher Training is run as a week-end intensive day retreat. Apply yourself fully to living and breathing yoga for the duration of the training, with like-minded yogis. Expect to graduate this program fully ready to teach, brimming with inspiration and enthusiasm for your new career.
What Style Do We Teach?
The classic style that is taught at Go Yoga Teacher Training is a joyful, creative and intelligent flow of Hatha Vinyasa style which can be easily adapted to different levels and different tempos. At the end of the Yoga Teacher Training you will be qualified to teach various styles of Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga which will prepare you to specialize your focus on other related styles of yoga classes, such as prenatal, Hot Power Yoga, Kids Yoga, restorative yoga as each of these modalities are practiced and touched on during our training. Finally, you will come away with an understanding of “The Business of Yoga”, including your Yoga Resume and marketing ideas so that you are ready to teach.

YTT Program Information
Each Yoga Teacher Training 100 hour Module Training lasts for 18 consecutive Saturdays (excluding holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. This fulfills the Yoga Alliance requirements for each totalling 200 hours for Certification. Most classes are held in the studio but, weather permitting, some classes will be on the beach.
